Introduction
During this time we expect to gather experimental researchers with theoreticians to work on scattering of waves in chaotic systems. There will be seminars (one or two each day), working rooms available, computers (electronic library), and plenity of time to discuss and collaborate.

Since there are quite a lot of participants, we decided to make a concentration of ~10 talks during october 13th and 14th. The remaining talks will be conveniently distributed over the three weeks of the gathering usually with one talk per day. The concentration of talks will be done in a mini-workshop in Puebla, a city to ~150 kms from Cuernavaca. It will be jointly organized with German Luna and Felix Izrailev. In the link the preliminar list of speakers is given.
