Introduction
In March of 2003 we expect to gather small groups of researchers, to exchange results and engage in joint work in the topic of quantum computing. Stability of quantum algorithms,  teleportation protocols and other dynamical processes will be discussed both in general terms and more specifically for nuclear spin chains driven by electromagnetic pulses.

There will be seminars and working rooms available, computer links to the world, and plenty of time to discuss and collaborate.
