Introduction

Between February and  March of 2003 we expect to gather small groups of researchers. Experimental groups working with  microwaves  and elastic waves will interact with theoreticians interested in billard dynamics.      There will be seminars and working rooms available, computer links to the world, and plenty of time to discuss and collaborate.
